6 live weekly group coaching sessions (60 minutes)
Small, intimate group (maximum 6 women)
Access to a private WhatsApp group for support and accountability
Weekly prompts, tools, and reflection exercises
Additional resources (podcasts, articles, recommendations)
Direct encouragement and guidance from me throughout the programme

Turning intention into consistent action
Week 6 — Resilience & Reset
How to stay on track even when life gets difficult
