Before we begin, you will complete a short coaching questionnaire to identify:
your key challenges
your goals
your patterns and behaviours
From there, your coaching experience will be shaped around you.

6 x 60-minute 1:1 coaching sessions
A fully tailored coaching approach based on your needs
Personalised tools, resources, and recommendations
Reflection exercises between sessions
Ongoing support between sessions via WhatsApp
Support Between Sessions
You will have access to support between sessions via WhatsApp.
This is designed for:
quick check-ins
accountability
guidance when you feel stuck
Support is provided during working hours and responses will be given within a reasonable timeframe.
